IDL have been actively working with Symetri for 3 years. Initially Symetri were contacted regarding the purchase of software and for AutoCad essentials training, but our relationship has grown over time to include CAD services and additional 3D training. The support we receive from the team has been excellent. We have grown to rely on their CAD services department for complicated CAD work. Their sales department has also been very helpful, particularly with any support questions we may have.
The training provided has been very beneficial with a number of our intern Engineering Students learning basic CAD skills during their placements here – this has lead to them successfully updating our P&IDs following walkdowns, and preparing them very well for Large Capital Engineering Projects that they will be working on in the future. Symetri have proved to be an invaluable resource to our Drawing Office Function.
