Geomap Command not working after Installation of Bing
When working with AutoCAD or AutoCAD verticals the Bing Maps can’t be loaded after installation of BING Hotfix.
Message about permission of Online Maps might come up, but not always.
Hotfix, latest Updates and Service Packs are installed.

Causes:
In this case the Bing Hotfix has not override the appropriated AcGeoLocationUI.arx.

Solution:
Compare the details of product version for AcGeoLocationUI.arx.
In general located in path: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2018 against the product version from Bing Hotfix (location of downloads).
If they are different product versions use the version coming from Bing Hotfix.
Step-by-step:
- Compare the AcGeoLocatonUI.arx from current product installation against the file from Hotfix
- If they are different in general use the one from Hotfix
- Close AutoCAD or vertical (Map, Civil)
- backup the file
- Copy the AcGeoLocatonUI.arx from Hotfix location to product path
- Restart AutoCAD or vertical
- Logout from A360 and Login again
