Summary: Sales & Customer Success / Adoption Specialist – Autodesk BIM Software
The position will play a critical role in defining and supporting Procad’s (now Symertri's) business strategy for the construction segment of the BIM market in Ireland. The candidate will be regarded as an evangelist for the construction industry at both the design and construction management phases of projects. He/she will be directly responsible for articulating and executing industry standards and adopted mandates. As an Industry professional and Procad (now Symetri) representative, they will gather industry and customer requirements necessary to lead and support the BIM for construction vision in Ireland.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategy and Business Development
Identify Opportunities for improvements in customer workflows
Manage and support our business objectives for the construction segment
Manage and develop teams to communicate key solution workflows and product enhancements
Influence construction industry leaders through presentations and engagement
Maintain close customer relationships to ensure continued customer satisfaction levels.
Present a clear and concise value proposition to customers and industry leaders.
Work with other divisions to partner with key customers and drive successful adoption of the Autodesk portfolio of solutions
Achieve success with early adopter customers, and develop reference accounts.
Specialist Knowledge :
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in the uses of Autodesk BIM tools and familiar with the construction environment. Good personal computer skills in Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, the Internet, and other relevant applications.
Practical Experience :
Construction Industry Experience essential and familiar with the BIM product portfolio and the BIM 360 range of tools.

Education and Experience:
- Relevant (Degree / Masters) qualifications with a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
- Experience in software sales and customer success would be an advantage.
