As our growth continues within the Irish market, Symetri now has an exciting opening for the following position: Customer Success & Subscription Executive. This is a dual aspect role which is fully supported and is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to gain exposure to all elements of the business.

Customer Success & Subscription Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Operations and Customer Success departments within Symetri. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team in Limerick, where the successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of global initiatives and activities as part of their role.

Subscription Aspect:

  • Preparing and emailing quotations for renewals to customers
  • Daily inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Regular calls following up to ensure that licences are utilised and meeting customers’ requirements
  • Autodesk Account Management – provision of basic support to ensure that customers are up and running effectively
  • Responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Utilising CRM system and all vital applications to manage and optimize opportunities at all stages of the renewal process
  • Identifying opportunities and managing upsells, cross-sells and migrations

Customer Success Aspect:

  • Working with your team to support our customers in an environment where the customer is at the heart of everything we do
  • Enthusiastically offering additional products and services to customers, focusing on customer retention
  • Listening to and understanding customer’s needs and responding accordingly
  • Understanding the features and benefits of the products/services within our portfolio
  • Adding value to our customers through understanding their goals and objectives and assisting them to meet them.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and using own initiative when problem-solving
  • Working with different departments across the company to support customer needs, especially the technical team
  • Effectively managing customer expectations and creating realistic expectations
  • Driving a positive customer experience with Symetri

To be successful in this position, you are required to have the following merits:

  • Role would be ideally suited to someone with a customer-facing background or inside sales experience
  • Customer-centric approach to customer satisfaction
  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer care skills and the ability to respond to and address customer requests in a timely manner
  • Skilled organiser with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivation with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to build rapport
  • Professional telephone manners essential
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Quick thinker and a fast learner

Details:

You will be based in Limerick, Ireland (Hybrid working).

Your salary is set according to industry standards & experience.
