The successful candidate will be working with a technical engineering team providing support to clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, construction, and design industries.

Job description:

  • Resolving technical issue through research, customer engagement and troubleshooting
  • Work directly with the Sales & Marketing team
  • Provide technical support to new and existing customers on the Autodesk portfolio of Products and advanced design and manufacturing techniques
  • Document all technical queries, update Symetri support knowledge base and social media platforms
  • Provide both standard and customised training to our extensive customer base

Person specification:

  • 3D CAD design experience essential (1 Year)
  • Experience with Autodesk products or other relevant products an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer care skills
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on your own initiative to meet project deadlines
  • Have a creative mindset with a positive attitude towards problem-solving to assist customers
  • Must have own transport
