This is a junior role, which is fully supported and is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to gain exposure to all elements of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Operations and Subscription departments within Symetri. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team in Limerick, where the successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of global initiatives and activities as part of their role.

There will be opportunities to travel both nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting both large and small customer accounts and contracts.

Job Description

Symetri have a large AutoCAD LT client base. This aspect of the role involves managing the renewals and includes the following:

  • Running Excel reports to download all upcoming AutoCAD renewals on a monthly basis
  • Building an excellent knowledge of our product portfolio and an understanding of industry trends (training will be provided)
  • Preparing quotations for renewals
  • Emailing quotations to customers
  • Daily inbound and/or outbound calls to customers
  • Regular calls to follow up to ensure that licences utilised and meets the customers’ requirements
  • Responsible for customer adoption of the software
  • Prospecting, generating, and qualifying leads and handing them off to the sales team
  • Communicate daily with customers – providing updates on orders, responding to queries
  • Autodesk Account Management – provision of basic support to ensure that customers are up and running effectively
  • Reviewing Autodesk Flash Sales when they arise each quarter
  • Thrive in a strong team environment focused on providing a consistently high level of customer service
  • Utilising CRM system and all vital applications to manage and optimize opportunities at all stages of the renewal process.
  • Managing a portfolio of allocated customers
  • Partnering closely with customers to understand their needs and act as their trusted advisor, helping to shape and deliver a robust ongoing plan to achieve their goals using Autodesk and Symetri software
  • Identifying opportunities and manage upsells, cross-sells and migrations

Person Specification

  • Role would be ideally suited to someone with an administrative or inside sales background or experience
  • Experience in a customer-oriented role
  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer care skills and the ability to respond to and address customer requests in a timely manner
  • Skilled organiser with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivation with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner essential
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Friendly and supportive to both our customers and colleagues whilst maintaining a fun working atmosphere
